Lena Pons is a former Center for Progressive Reform Policy Analyst. Prior to joining CPR, she worked on regulatory policy matters for four years at Public Citizen, covering transportation safety and energy policy and worker protections and worked with agencies including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration. She also worked on regulatory process issues involving the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs of the Office of Management and Budget. Ms. Pons graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in chemistry. She left CPR in November 2011.
